This is a very exciting time for me because I am able to announce -
I am writing a Book!!!
After 30+ years as a psychiatrist and public health professional, I’ve seen the same patients return again and again - not because the treatment failed but because the system was not able to address what made them sick in the first place
So I decided to write a book.
It’s called
America’s Health Crisis: The Community is Now the Patient
This book is my call to action
I want to shift how we view health in America
Why? Because we keep treating people, and ignoring the places where they live.
We treat symptoms not systems.
This has been a long time in the making and I am truly grateful to finally be on this journey to publication.
