The American Public Health Association (APHA) is proud to partner with the HHS Office of Adolescent Health (OAH) in its national call to action, Adolescent Health: Think, Act, Grow® – or TAG. Launched last year at APHA’s annual meeting, TAG is helping to spur action in communities across the country to improve adolescent health. TAG offers a strengths-based framework to promote the physical, social, emotional and behavioral health of America’s 42 million teens and outlines specific action steps and resources for six professional sectors.
Please join OAH at APHA’s annual meeting on Monday, October 31 at 10:30 am (Session # 48181) . The session will feature outstanding examples of adolescent health promotion and ideas for how you can leverage TAG to help teens in your community.
