SUMMARY: During this webinar representatives from CDC will provide a brief overview of strategies for integrating health equity into programmatic activities. This presentation will also feature community representatives who will discuss the work that they are doing to facilitate healthy eating, active living, and tobacco-free environments, with an emphasis on strategies they are using to advance health equity.
