APHA is seeking your input on the perceived benefits of APHA affiliation. Your feedback is very valuable to us and your participation in our survey will help us to improve communication and enhance the relationship between APHA and Affiliates. A portion of the survey is also focused on your assessment of the current Affiliate dues structure. All information is confidential and your participation in the survey is voluntary.
We kindly request that you set aside 20-30 minutes to complete the survey. Please coordinate with other leaders within your Affiliate to respond to the questions as only one survey per Affiliate is needed.
The survey will close on Friday, August 3, 2012, 11:59 pm EST. Survey data will be presented at the Affiliate Day Meeting on Saturday, Oct. 27, which is during APHA’s Annual Meeting.
