* Implementation Illustrations
* Policies and Initiatives
* Hot Topics in Public Health
* Achieving Health Equity
Submissions should be made by using the online abstract submission form at www.aptrweb.org/2012summit.html
Abstracts must be received no later than midnight central time on October 24, 2011, to be considered. Summit registration will open in January 2012.
