Bhagya Segu, MPH, OD, FAAO, ABCMO is a Staff Optometrist and Residency Coordinator at the Michael E. DeBakey Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Houston, Texas, with over 20 years of experience in primary care optometry and ocular disease. She is an Adjunct Professor at the University of Houston College of Optometry and a Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry.
